An example about project ideas , which we deliver as unique supplier:
One wood house in Germany 2-3 bedrooms , bathroom , toilet , American kitchen , salon , hobby room/sauna ,
roof covered terrace , 500 m² plot in “hereditary tenure”.

And a wood house in Spain in similar version with the plot as well in hereditary tenure.

Both objects are integrated in small ecological wood house settlements.

Both objects are offered for 150.000 € including hereditary tenure
paid for 20 years.

For both objects exists a guaranty of repurchase.

As well a renting of one of the objects is possible.
A financing or even to take in part payment of your real estate is possible.
In south Germany two projects are planed for 2007.
Further projects in north and east Germany are in preparation.
